Duties/Responsibilities: 1.On the farm Act as a key role on seed preparation before sowing. Leading temporary workers for planting, thinning, density control, weed and pest control, irrigation, fertilizer application, etc. Leading, training and supervising temporary workers for pollination, harvest and shelling. 2.Multi-location trials Leading team or act as a key role for multi-location yield test planting. Check trial field and give correct instructions to the partner when there are issues. Assist the SRA/RA to collect field experiment data. Leading team or act as a key role for yield test shelling and data collections. 3.Winter nursery Cooperate with winter nursery manager for planting and nursery management (weed and pest control, irrigation, fertilizer application etc). In the coordination of SRA/RA to fulfill pollination and harvest tasks, if necessary to lead, train and supervise temporary workers. In cooperation with team members to strengthen the germplasm protection. 4.Core values and safety Comply with company core values and safety roles when working individually or as a team. Cooperate with team members to apply necessary measures to prevent the farm, warehouse, etc from all kinds of potential risks. Protect the company interior information and germplasm. Educational qualifications and Experience: ·Bachelor Degree on agronomy/plant breeding.
