Duties/Responsibilities: 工作职责： 1. Field Trial Management- Assist the maize breeding scientist in identifying trial cooperators, developing the trial locations, planning of experiments, planting, scouting, trait data collection, harvesting. Takes leadership in planting (by hand or by planter), field management, key traits scoring, and harvesting using harvest system for all trials. 田间试验管理-辅助玉米育种科学家确定试验合作农户、开发试验地点、试验计划编制、种植、田间观察、实验数据收集、收获。亲自动手或指导农户种植、田间管理、关键性状打分，使用收获系统对所有试验进行收获。 2. Data collection, organization, and summary. Understand and apply data collection protocols, assure high quality experiments, organize and upload the data, prepare data summaries for maize breeder and department communications. 数据收集、组织和汇总。理解和应用数据收集协议，保证高质量的实验、组织和上传数据，为玉米育种科学家和部门沟通准备数据汇总。 3. Organize and manage summer and winter research seed production. Organize entry list, plan pollinating nurseries activities, participate in pollinating and harvest. Organize and maintain seed inventory of trial seed. 组织和管理夏季和冬季研发种子生产。组织条目列表、计划授粉活动、参加授粉和收获。组织和维护试验用种的种子库存。 4.
