Job Description for Marketing and Admission Assistant: 1.Assist with the whole process of admissions work 2.Assist with development of overall admissions strategy and execution plan; 3.Plan and execute admissions related events, develop and update a database of potential applicants and follow up in appropriate manners; 4.Responsible for telephone and email correspondence with potential applicants; 5.Responsible for arranging full interview process with chosen applicants, preparing and sending offer letters and assisting actual enrollment in the program; 6.Conduct market intelligence work and provide information on key market trends, major competitors, etc. 7.Explore key channels and partners that would bring potential applicants and maintain good relationship; 8.Help with marketing campaign including preparation of customized materials, meeting participation and necessary follow-ups; 9.Assist with other marketing and admissions related activities; 10.Provide support and coordination with different teams as needed . 11.Maintaining updates on school website. Collate and translate information, design and contribute to all internal school literature and communications including half termly school newsletter, course brochures, school magzine and other marketing collaterals. Qualification: 1.Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, both in Chinese and English; 2.A minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience, preferably in sales, marketing or business development functions in a professional organization; 3.Ability to work with changing priorities but still see projects through to completion; 4.Self-driven, strong ownership, independent work attitude and a team player; 5.Detail-orientated, patient, enthusiastic and outgoing; 6.Bachelors degree or
